How we can
help.
Not everyone comes in for the same thing. Some people are navigating stress or burnout. Some are dealing with a loved one who is struggling. Some just know something is off and can't quite name it yet. No matter what brings you here, we will find a direction forward.
Our practice offers depth-oriented, trauma-informed care across four primary services — plus specialty support in executive function coaching, group therapy, care coordination, and training and consultation.

Other Ways We Help
Specialized services beyond traditional therapy
Coaching
When you want goal-oriented support outside the therapy frame. Useful for big decisions, life transitions, or seasons where you need direction more than excavation.
Care Coordination
When multiple providers are involved — therapist, psychiatrist, treatment center, MD — and someone needs to make sure the pieces are connecting. We coordinate care so the pieces connect and your treatment is as effective as possible.
Executive Function Coaching
A specialized, action-oriented support system that helps individuals — most commonly students and neurodivergent adults — build the practical, lifelong skills needed to plan, organize, and complete goals.
Training & Consultation
Advising and training for individuals and organizations. Specializing in trauma, personality, family systems, and organizational dynamics.
Group Therapy
Supportive space to share experience, learn coping strategies, and work through challenges. The power of the group process is consistently one of the most effective forms of therapy.
