Getting to the root of what keeps you stuck.
You don't need to change who you are. You need to uncover who you have always been.
Depth-oriented psychotherapy for those seeking meaningful change beyond symptom management.

A Starting Point
Does this sound familiar?
If any of these land for you, you're not alone — and this work can help.
You're holding things together, but it's exhausting.
You have an inner critic that doesn't let up, even when things are going well.
You can name your patterns, but you can't seem to change them.
Someone you love is struggling, and you don't know how to help.
You've tried therapy before and it felt too surface-level.
You sense there's more available to you — you just don't know how to access it.
How We Work
A clear, collaborative process
that meets you where you are.
Consultation
A no-commitment conversation (usually about 20 minutes). We address your goals for therapy, answer any questions you have, and discuss next steps that make the most sense for you.
Meeting & Assessment
We develop a deeper understanding of how to best support you in achieving your goals. We collaborate and begin to take action on a plan and approach designed for you and your goals.
Moving Forward
We respect the commitment you have made. We work together as a team and align our work to meet your evolving needs and goals. Your life is not static and neither is our treatment approach.
Words from Colleagues
What other professionals say about our work.
